AgeFit Physio understands the importance of efficient communication and we pride ourself on offering immediate start of physiotherapy services. We guarantee to contact all referred patients for an initial consultation upon receiving a D904 referral for physiotherapy as well as providing a summary report emailed/faxed to you within 24 hours of the initial assessment.
